COVID-19 Statement

Since the pandemic was announced, here at Phoenix Occupational Health, we have been working diligently to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. We want to ensure that our colleagues are safe when delivering our services, and that the information we provide is as up to date as possible. This has been a challenge as the government advice has been changing daily. Lyndsey our director has been attending regular conference calls with industry experts to discuss the government advice and how this can be implemented in our practice.

These are unprecedented times for everyone, and companies are having to rethink how they operate.

Many have been forced to work from home and in some cases, this has had positive consequences. Some may even be thinking about continuing to work from home once lock down eases. For others this has been a huge challenge and returning to the workplace cannot come soon enough.

With onsite visits being postponed until further notice we understand you still need support and advice. We have always had the option to do remote case management via the telephone or video conferencing, but now this is seen as the accepted norm by many.

There are many sources of information available, and we encourage you to identify reputable sources and not rely on social media. Examples are NHS website and UK Government.
