Our services include management referrals, health checks and health promotions, to help staff stay healthy and in work.
- We can help you manage either repetitive short term or long-term sickness absence
- We can carry out a full range of health checks on your staff including blood pressure, full hearing and lung function tests. We can also make sure that as an employer you are fully compliant with Health and Safety Executive regulations.
- We can provide work-place advice on reducing stress, nutrition and weight loss, emotional resilience and drug and alcohol support
- If your staff are lifting things, are exposed to chemicals, are lone workers or drive their own car for company business – we can carry out a fit to work medical assessment to ensure your staff really are fit to work.
Lyndsey Marchant is our lead occupational health nurse, company owner and founder.
Coming from a military family, Lyndsey had already been on two overseas bases before she even started high school and in 1998, she joined the Royal Navy as a Queen Alexandra’s Royal Naval Nurse.
She served at Haslar Hospital for 7 years before leaving the forces in 2004 to pursue a career in Occupational Health. The Mum of three worked in both the public and private sectors before setting up Phoenix Occupational Health in 2007.
