UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS
Phoenix Occupational Health LtdAbout Us
Phoenix Occupational Health is based in Stoke-on-Trent, working with organisations all over North Staffordshire, South Cheshire and beyond. We can provide all the occupational health services your business will need, creating a solution which is unique to you.
Who are we?
For Phoenix Occupational Health, there is no such thing as a typical customer. We are just as at home working with tiny start-ups as we are companies with a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. Our clients value our personal and friendly approach – we really take the time to listen to what our customers need, offering them sensible advice and support they can count on.
Phoenix started life in 2011 and has grown from strength to strength. Our team has extensive occupational health experience and we thrive on offering exceptional customer service every step of the way.
At Phoenix, we believe in the importance of developing long-term relationships with our clients. Once you decide to use our services, we will assign you your own dedicated case manager who will look after the needs of your business. You will always deal with the same person so they will build up an in-depth understanding of your organisation and any challenges you face. This means we can swiftly respond to any issues as they arise without you having to keep explaining the situation to different members of staff. And wherever possible, our staff will come to you so you and your workforce don’t have to waste valuable time travelling to and from meetings and appointments.
We understand that all businesses are different so we offer a range of affordable solutions to fit companies of all shapes and sizes. As well as providing traditional contracted services, we offer pay-as-you-go services which are ideal for smaller companies with a limited budget.
What is occupational health?
Your workforce is your organisation’s most important and valuable resource. Happy and healthy staff are more productive and effective, helping your business flourish and grow.
Occupational health involves looking at the wellbeing of your workers and managing any risks in the workplace which could lead to sickness or injury. By assessing the health of your staff and looking at ways to help them remain in or return to work, occupational health teams can significantly reduce your absence rates.
Each year around 170 million days of work are lost due to sickness absence in the UK.
Phoenix Occupational Health will proactively manage your occupational health needs, working with you to minimise the impact sickness and injury has on your business.
